The band formerly known as Gills & Wings, featured on MTV’s reality show The Real World, has broken up. They had a very modern and unique sound while the clear and crisp lead vocals were reminiscent of Freddie Mercury’s. Their songs: Catastrophe and Birth of a Nation. Unfortunately they fizzled down before they could even make a name for themselves.
All is not lost for the fans of Gills & Wings, however. The lead singer and the guitarist have started their own new band called My Darling Fury. The music they produce can be summed up in one word: beautiful.
